Crock Pot Brown Sugar Pineapple Ham

Ingredients:

  • 1 (6–8 lb) fully cooked spiral-cut ham
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 (20 oz) can pineapple slices, with juice
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Spray the inside of your slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Place the ham flat side down in the crock pot.
  3. Pour the pineapple juice from the can over the ham.
  4. Arrange the pineapple slices over the top and sides of the ham.
  5. Sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over the ham and drizzle honey on top.
  6. If using, sprinkle ground cloves for extra flavor.
  7. Cover and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours, or until heated through and caramelized.
  8. Baste the ham with the juices every hour for best flavor.
  9. Once done, remove the ham carefully, slice, and serve with the sweet pineapple glaze from the slow cooker.
