Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup creamy Caesar dressing
  • ½ cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella (optional for extra creaminess)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt (optional, depending on your dressing)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or nonstick spray.
  2. Season Chicken:
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with garlic powder, paprika, pepper, and a touch of salt.
  3. Make the Sauce:
In a bowl, whisk together Caesar dressing, sour cream, and Parmesan until creamy and smooth.
  4. Assemble:
Place chicken breasts in the dish and spread the sauce evenly over each. Sprinkle mozzarella on top (if using).
  5. Bake:
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internally.
For a golden, bubbly top, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.
  6. Serve & Garnish:
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and a bit more Parmesan before serving.
