Ingredients :
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup diced onion
- ½ cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
Instructions :
- Preheat Oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
- Cook Beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Mix Sauce: Stir in ketchup, mustard, and sour cream until well combined.
- Assemble Casserole: Spread the beef mixture evenly in the prepared dish. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon. Arrange tater tots in a single layer on top.
- Bake: Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve: Let cool slightly before serving warm.
