Cheesy Bacon Cheeseburger Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients : 

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots

Instructions : 

  1. Preheat Oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
  2. Cook Beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Mix Sauce: Stir in ketchup, mustard, and sour cream until well combined.
  4. Assemble Casserole: Spread the beef mixture evenly in the prepared dish. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon. Arrange tater tots in a single layer on top.
  5. Bake: Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve: Let cool slightly before serving warm.
