Sausage Cheese Balls (My Classic Bisquick Version)

Ingredients:

  • 2 ¼ cups Bisquick mix
  • 1 pound mild sausage (I cook mine first)
  • 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¾ to 1 cup milk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage, Bisquick mix, cheddar cheese, and milk.
  3. Mix until well blended.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a lightly sprayed baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 13–15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Serve warm and enjoy. These are great for breakfast, snacks, or holiday appetizers—and yes, they freeze wonderfully.

A Little Thank You

I want to thank the almost 1,500 of you fine folks who liked and commented on this decades-old recipe. Your kindness means so much to me.

Out of all those wonderful comments, I only received one saying they looked dry and hers were shinier than mine! It made me smile.

You all are truly the best. Love and hugs always.
