Ingredients :
• 5 large eggs
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil (use sunflower or corn oil)
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 tsp alcohol-free vanilla extract
Instructions :
1. Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F). Grease and line your cake pan.
2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until the mixture becomes pale and fluffy.
3. Add the oil, milk, and vanilla extract, and mix gently until combined.
4. Sift the flour and baking powder together, then slowly fold them into the wet ingredients. Mix just until smooth.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and tap it lightly to remove air bubbles.
6. Bake for about 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
7. Let it cool or enjoying as is!
