Giant Reese’s Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-baked pie crust
  • 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup mini Reese’s peanut butter cups
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

1. Prepare the Filling:
In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth and fluffy. Gently fold in half of the mini Reese’s cups.

2. Fill the Pie Crust:
Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly into the pre-baked pie crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.

3. Make the Chocolate Topping:
In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the dark chocolate and heavy cream together in 20-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth and melted.

4. Assemble the Pie:
Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the peanut butter filling. Sprinkle the remaining mini Reese’s cups on top.

5. Chill and Serve:
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. Slice and serve chilled.

Serving Tip:
Add a drizzle of warm chocolate or a dollop of whipped cream before serving for an extra-decadent touch.

  1. All of these recipes look absolutely delicious! The peanut butter pie, the warmest chicken in Cajun cream sauce and the maple bacon cinnamon rolls. Yum! I don’t know which to make first.
