Cinnamon Sugar Cream Cheese Rolls

Ingredients:

  • For the filling:
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • For the rolls:
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8-count)
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, ¼ cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  4. Spread a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture on each triangle, then roll up starting from the wider end.
  5. In a small bowl, mix ½ cup sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Brush each roll with melted butter, then roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture until coated.
  7. Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!
