Brown Sugar Pineapple Ham Bake

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked ham, diced
  • 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks, drained (save ¼ cup juice)

Sweet & Tangy Glaze

  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves (optional for warmth)
  • ¼ cup reserved pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Combine diced ham and pineapple chunks in the dish.
  3. Whisk together brown sugar, honey, mustard, cloves, and pineapple juice until smooth.
  4. Pour the glaze evenly over the ham and pineapple mixture, tossing lightly to coat.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, stirring once halfway, until bubbly and caramelized.
  6. Serve warm — perfect with rice, mashed potatoes, or fresh rolls!

Tips & Variations

  • Add a pinch of chili flakes for a spicy kick.
  • Use fresh pineapple for extra brightness.
  • Great way to use leftover holiday ham!
