BBQ Bacon Ranch BLT

Ingredients

  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 4 slices fresh tomato
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 4 slices toasted bread or sandwich buns

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon
    Place the bacon in a skillet over medium heat. Cook until it begins to brown, then brush both sides with BBQ sauce. Continue cooking until crispy and caramelized. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
  2. Prepare the bread
    Lightly toast the bread or buns until golden brown.
  3. Assemble the sandwich
    Spread ranch dressing on each slice of bread. Layer with lettuce, tomato slices, BBQ bacon, and cheddar cheese if using. Top with the remaining slice of bread.
  4. Serve
    Slice in half and serve warm.

Tips

  • Add avocado slices for extra creaminess.
  • Swap ranch for chipotle mayo for a spicy variation.
  • Use turkey bacon or plant-based bacon as a lighter alternative.
