- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamo
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- – 1/4 cup brown sugar
- – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- – Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
3. Separate the biscuit dough into individual biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters.
4. Dip each biscuit piece into the melted butter, then roll it in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.
5. Place the coated biscuit pieces on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
6. In another small bowl, mix brown sugar and vanilla extract (if using) to create a glaze.
7. Drizzle or brush the glaze over the biscuit bites before baking.
8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
9. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar if desired before serving.
