Air Fryer Cheeseburger Wraps

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder (to taste)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 Tbsp ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp mustard (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
  • 8–12 pickle slices
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • Cooking spray or a little oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard (if using) to make the burger sauce.
  4. Lay out tortillas. Spread about 1 tablespoon of sauce in the center of each tortilla.
  5. Add cooked beef, cheese, pickles, lettuce, and tomato on top.
  6. Fold the tortillas tightly into wraps, tucking in the edges.
  7. Lightly spray the wraps with cooking spray or brush with a little oil.
  8. Place in the air fryer basket, seam side down, and cook for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until tortillas are golden and crispy.
  9. Serve warm with extra sauce for dipping.
