Ingredients:
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup all-purpose flour (about 120g)
• 1 can (14 oz / ~400g) sweetened condensed milk
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven
• Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
• Grease and flour a round cake pan (8-inch / 20 cm works well).
2. Mix Wet Ingredients
• In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy.
• Add the condensed milk and whisk until smooth.
• If using, stir in vanilla extract.
3. Add Dry Ingredients
• Sift in the flour (and baking powder if adding).
• Gently fold with a spatula until just combined. Do not overmix.
4. Bake
• Pour batter into the prepared pan.
• Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
5. Cool & Serve
• Let the cake cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack.
• Slice and serve plain, or dust with powdered sugar.
