Ingredients:
- 10 large lemons (only the peels, no white pith)
- 1 liter vodka (or grain alcohol)
- 3 cups sugar
- 4 cups water
Instructions:
- Peel lemons thinly (just the yellow part).
- Infuse: Place peels in a jar with vodka. Seal and let sit in a cool, dark place for 7–10 days.
- Make Syrup: Boil water + sugar until dissolved. Cool.
Strain lemon peels out of vodka.
Mix the infused vodka with cooled syrup. - Bottle and chill. Store in freezer for best flavor.
