No-Bake Banana Split Cheesecake

Ingredients

For the Crust

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Cheesecake Layer

  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks

For the Toppings

  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • ½ cup chocolate syrup
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust
    • Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined.
    • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
    • Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Layer
    • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
    • Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully combined.
    • Spread the mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
  3. Add the Toppings
    • Layer sliced bananas, pineapple chunks, and strawberries on top.
    • Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
    • Sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
  4. Chill and Serve
    • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
    • Before serving, top with maraschino cherries.

Serving Suggestion

Serve chilled in slices for a light yet indulgent no-bake dessert.
