Ingredients
For the Crust
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 2 bananas, sliced

Instructions
- Prepare the Crust
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
- Make the Cheesecake Layer
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
- Add the Toppings
- Layer sliced bananas, pineapple chunks, and strawberries on top.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
- Sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
- Chill and Serve
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Before serving, top with maraschino cherries.
