Ingredients:
- 1 large flour tortilla
- ¼ cup fresh blueberries
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- 2–3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- A pinch of cinnamon
- Cooking spray or butter
Instructions:
- Spread the softened cream cheese evenly over one half of the tortilla.
- Drizzle with honey (or maple syrup), then sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Scatter fresh blueberries over the cream cheese layer.
- Fold the tortilla in half to enclose the filling.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray or butter.
- Cook the quesadilla for 2–3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and slightly crispy.
- Remove from the skillet, let cool briefly, then slice into wedges and serve warm.
