Ingredients :
For the Chicken:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1½ tsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
For the Pasta & Sauce:
- 12 oz penne pasta
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions :

Cook Pasta:
Boil penne in salted water until al dente. Drain; reserve ½ cup pasta water. -
Sear Chicken:
Toss chicken with Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil + 1 tbsp butter in skillet over med-high. Sear chicken 6-7 mins. -
Garlic Butter Finish:
Push chicken aside. Add garlic + remaining butter; sauté 30 secs. Remove chicken. -
Make Sauce:
Pour cream and broth into skillet; simmer. Whisk in grated Parmesan and mozzarella until melted. Add chili flakes (optional). -
Combine:
Toss pasta + chicken in sauce with tongs. Garnish with parsley.
