Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons butter or oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Mix Filling

In a bowl, combine 2 cups shredded chicken6 slices crumbled bacon1 cup shredded cheddar1 cup shredded mozzarella, and ⅓ cup ranch dressing.

2. Prep Skillet

Heat a large skillet over medium. Brush lightly with butter or oil using a pastry brush.

3. Assemble & Cook

Place one tortilla in the skillet. Spread ¼ of the filling over half the tortilla. Fold empty half over filling.
Cook 2–3 mins per side until golden crisp. Press gently with a spatula to seal.

4. Finish & Serve

Slice into wedges. Garnish with fresh parsley (optional). Serve hot with extra ranch!
