Pineapple Lemon Drop

Ingredients :

• 3 oz Deep Eddy’s Pineapple Vodka
• 2 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• Ice (crushed or cubed)
• Sugar (for rimming the glass)
• Lemon wedge or slice (for garnish)

Instructions

Rim the Glass

Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of your glass. Dip the rim in sugar for a sweet and zesty touch. Set aside.

Mix the Drink

In a cocktail shaker, add:

3 oz pineapple vodka

2 oz pineapple juice

1 oz fresh lemon juice

Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds until chilled.

Serve

Fill your prepared glass with crushed ice. Strain the cocktail mixture over the ice.
