2 tbsp butter, softened

3/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions :
-
In a mixing bowl, combine the warm milk and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
-
Add mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar, egg, and salt. Stir until smooth using a silicone spatula or wooden spoon.
-
Gradually add the flour, mixing until a dough forms. Knead on a lightly floured surface for 5–7 minutes until soft and slightly sticky.
-
Transfer dough to a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap or a damp towel, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
-
Roll dough into a 16×12-inch rectangle using a rolling pin.
-
Spread with softened butter, then sprinkle with a mix of brown sugar and cinnamon.
-
Roll up tightly from the long side and slice into 12 even rolls using a serrated knife or dental floss.
-
Place rolls into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Cover and let rise for another 30–45 minutes.
-
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 25–28 minutes, until golden brown.
-
While the rolls bake, beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract using a hand mixer or stand mixer until smooth.
-
Spread the frosting over warm rolls. Serve and enjoy!
