Dry Mix:

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 tbsp sugar
Wet Mix:

1 cup warm water (110°F/45°C)

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Optional Upgrades:

1 tsp garlic powder, 2 tbsp fresh herbs, or ½ cup shredded cheese
Instructions:

Prep:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Line baking sheet with parchment.

Mix Dry:

Whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl.

Combine Wet:
-
Make a well in center. Pour in olive oil and warm water.

Stir until shaggy dough forms (add herbs/garlic now if using).

Knead & Shape:

Turn onto floured surface. Knead 1-2 mins with dough scraper until smooth.

Form into loaf or 6 rolls. Place on sheet.

Bake:

Bake 15-20 mins until golden and hollow-sounding when tapped.

Cool 5 mins on rack before slicing.
