Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 box (12 oz) stuffing mix

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

½ cup milk

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste

Fresh parsley (optional garnish)
Directions:

Prep:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease 9×13-inch baking dish. -
Mix Base:
In large mixing bowl, whisk soup, milk, broth, onion powder, garlic powder, S&P.
Stir in chicken + vegetables. -
Prepare Topping:
Make stuffing mix per package in separate bowl. -
Layer:
Spread chicken mixture in dish → top evenly with stuffing. -
Bake:
Uncovered 30-35 mins until bubbly. -
Serve:
Rest 5 mins → garnish with fresh parsley.
