Ingredients:
- 6 soft donuts (plain or glazed, unfilled)
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup strawberry preserves or jam
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 fresh strawberries, halved (for garnish)
- Graham cracker crumbs (optional, for topping)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. - Core & Fill
Using a knife or piping tip, create a hole in the side of each donut. Fill a piping bag (or Ziploc with a cut corner) with the cream cheese mixture and pipe it into each donut until filled. - Add the Strawberry Layer
Pipe or spoon a bit of strawberry preserves into the center with the cheesecake mix. (You can swirl them slightly for extra flavor.) - Top & Garnish
Dust with powdered sugar, sprinkle with graham crumbs (optional), and top with a halved fresh strawberry. - Chill & Serve
Chill for 15–20 minutes for best texture. Serve and enjoy!
