Ingredients:

1 lb grass-fed ground beef

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

½ cup cream cheese, softened

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt & pepper to taste

1 can (16oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

¼ cup grated Parmesan

2 tbsp European butter, melted

Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:

Prep:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper. -
Cook Filling:
Brown ground beef in cast iron skillet → drain.
Mix in garlic powder, onion powder, S&P, cream cheese, and cheddar. -
Assemble Bombs:
Flatten biscuit dough rounds → fill with beef mixture → seal edges. -
Parm Topping:
Mix melted butter + Parmesan → brush on bombs with pastry brush. -
Bake & Serve:
Bake 12-15 mins until golden → garnish with parsley.
