Ingredients:
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup green grapes
- 1 cup red grapes
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and
- quartered (optional)
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (or canned, drained)
- 1 orange, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- 1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced bananas, green grapes, red grapes, strawberries,
- pineapple, and orange pieces. 2. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice to keep the bananas from browning and to add a zesty flavor.
- 3. Add honey or maple syrup if you’d like it sweeter, and gently toss until the fruit is evenly coated.
- 4. Chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes for a refreshing, cold treat.
