Ingredients :
- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
Instructions :
- Combine strawberries, rhubarb, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Toss gently to coat evenly.
- Pour the mixture into a prepared pie crust or baking dish.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the filling is bubbly and the fruit is tender.
- Cool: Allow to cool completely before serving or using in pie.
