Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups

Ingredients :

  1. 1 lb ground beef (replacing pork)
  2. 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  3. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  4. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (optional, for extra flavor)
  5. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
  7. 1 can (8-count) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  8. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  9. 1 teaspoon minced garlic

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions :

  1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the Beef:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Season the Meat:
Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce if using. Mix well to combine.
  4. Add Cream Cheese:
Reduce heat to low and stir in the softened cream cheese until fully melted and mixed with the beef. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Add Cheddar Cheese:
Stir the shredded cheddar into the cooled beef and cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  6. Prepare the Rollups:
Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles. Spoon a generous amount of the beef mixture onto the wide end of each triangle. Roll up each crescent, starting from the wide end, tucking the sides as needed to keep the filling inside.
  7. Make Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the minced garlic.
  8. Brush and Bake:
Place rollups on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with garlic butter. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Garnish and Serve:
Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot and enjoy these cheesy, savory rollups!
