Make the Sauce
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together:
- Honey
- Soy sauce
- Garlic
- Lemon juice
- Red pepper flakes

Cook the Sausage
In a large nonstick skillet or cast iron pan, heat a bit of olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add sliced sausage and cook for 4–5 minutes, turning until browned. Remove and set aside. -
Cook the Shrimp
In the same skillet, add shrimp. Season with salt and pepper. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside with the sausage. -
Sauté the Broccoli
Add broccoli to the skillet and sauté for 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
Tip: Add a splash of water and cover for 1–2 minutes to steam slightly. -
Combine & Finish
Return the shrimp and sausage to the pan. Pour the honey garlic sauce over everything and toss well.
Let it cook for 2–3 minutes until heated through and the sauce begins to thicken. -
Serve
Spoon over cooked rice or quinoa and top with fresh herbs, if using. Enjoy!
