Ingredients :

1 pre-baked pie crust (store-bought/homemade)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup milk

½ cup granulated sugar

2 tbsp cornstarch

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup caramel sauce
-
Whipped cream (optional garnish)
Instructions :

Make Custard:
In medium saucepan, whisk cream cheese, heavy cream, milk, sugar, and cornstarch over medium heat 5-7 mins until thickened.
Remove from heat → stir in vanilla extract. -
Fill Crust:
Pour custard into pre-baked pie crust → spread evenly.
Cool to room temp → refrigerate ≥2 hours until set. -
Add Caramel:
Spread caramel sauce evenly over chilled custard. -
Garnish & Set:
Pipe optional whipped cream around edges.
Chill 1 more hour. -
Serve:
Slice chilled → enjoy!
