Garlic Butter Baked Scallops

Ingredients :

  • 1 lb large scallops (pat dry!)
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs (Panko recommended)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions :

  1. Prep: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Garlic Butter: Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  3. Scallops: Arrange scallops in a single layer in your baking dish. Pour garlic butter over them.

  4. Topping: Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and parsley. Sprinkle generously over scallops.

  5. Bake: 10-12 minutes until scallops are opaque and topping is golden.

  6. Serve: Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
