Peanut Butter Balls are a super simple, no-bake, treat that are great any time of the year. Sometimes called buckeye balls, these sweet and salty peanut butter balls are dipped into dark chocolate and are irresistible!
INGREDIENTS :
PB Balls:
- 16 oz natural creamy peanut butter
 - 1 lb organic powdered sugar
 - ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
 - 1.5 sticks European-style butter
 
Coating & Variations:
- Gourmet chocolate bark
 - Toothpicks (for dipping)
 - Organic coconut flakes
 - Toasted pecans
 
INSTRUCTIONS :
- 
Mix Base:
Combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and softened butter. - 
Chill:
Roll into 1″ balls. Insert toothpicks. Freeze 30 mins. - 
Melt Chocolate:
Melt chocolate bark in double boiler (or microwave). - 
Dip & Set:
Dip balls using toothpicks. Place on silicone mat. - 
Optional Variations:
Roll in coconut flakes or crushed pecans before chocolate sets.
