Ingredients:
- 1 box strawberry muffin mix, zero sugar
- 1 bottle (11.5 oz) strawberry protein shake
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
Instructions:
- preheat the oven to 350°f (175°c) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- in a large mixing bowl, combine the muffin mix and strawberry protein shake. stir until smooth and well blended.
- gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
- divide the batter evenly among the prepared muffin cups.
- bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until the muffins are set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- allow the muffins to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
