Redneck Goblin Snacks

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup biscuit mix (such as bisquick)
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. preheat the oven to 375°f (190°c) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. in a large mixing bowl, combine the ground sausage, shredded cheddar, cream cheese, biscuit mix, jalapeños, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  3. mix thoroughly until everything is evenly combined into a thick, sticky mixture.
  4. roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls using your hands or a scoop.
  5. arrange the balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
  6. bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked through.
  7. remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
