Ingredients:
- 1 kg frozen meatballs (beef, chicken, or turkey)
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (with juice)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- add the frozen meatballs to your crockpot.
- in a bowl, mix barbecue sauce, pineapple (with juice), brown sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- pour the sauce over the meatballs and stir gently to coat.
- cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours or high for 2–3 hours.
- stir occasionally if possible, until meatballs are heated through and coated in thick, glossy sauce.
