Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 lbs beef stew meat (or steak, cut into chunks)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3–4 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 2 ears corn, cut into halves or thirds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup water or beef broth
- 8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
2. Prepare the Foil Pack
Lay out a large sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil (or double layer regular foil).
Add the beef, potatoes, broccoli, and corn to the center.
3. Season
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
Pour in the water or beef broth. Toss everything gently to coat.
4. Seal the Pack
Fold the foil tightly around the ingredients, sealing all edges well to trap steam.
5. Bake
Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 55–60 minutes, until the beef is tender and vegetables are fully cooked.
6. Add Cheese
Carefully open the foil pack (watch for steam), add the Velveeta cubes on top, and return to the oven for 5 minutes until melted.
7. Serve
Serve hot directly from the foil or transfer to a plate.
