- 1 bag seasoned fries
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Optional toppings:
- Jalapeños
- Diced tomatoes
- Green onions
Instructions:
1. Cook the Fries
Bake the seasoned fries according to package instructions at 400°F (200°C) until crispy.
2. Prepare the Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
Drain excess fat, then add taco seasoning and a small amount of water (as directed on the packet).
Simmer for a few minutes until thickened.
3. Assemble
Spread the cooked fries on a baking tray.
Top evenly with the seasoned beef and shredded cheese.
4. Melt the Cheese
Return to the oven for 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted.
5. Add Toppings and Serve
Remove from the oven and add desired toppings. Serve immediately.
