Ingredients:
- 3 cups Chex (rice or corn)
- 1 ½–2 cups Cheerios
- 1–2 cups pretzel sticks, broken in half
- 1 cup Easter M&M’s, plus more for topping
- 10 ounces white chocolate (Ghirardelli wafers recommended)
- Optional: Easter sprinkles
Instructions:
- Combine the Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine 3 cups Chex, 2 cups Cheerios, 1–2 cups pretzels, and 1 cup M&M’s. Stir until evenly mixed. - Melt the Chocolate
Place 10 ounces of white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at 50% power for 1 minute, then stir. Continue melting in 30-second increments, stirring each time, until smooth. Avoid overcooking or the chocolate may burn. - Coat the Mix
Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal mixture and stir until everything is well coated. - Add Toppings
Spread the mixture onto a piece of wax or parchment paper. Sprinkle extra M&M’s or Easter sprinkles on top while the chocolate is still warm. - Set the Chocolate
Allow the mix to set until the chocolate hardens, at least 15 minutes. - Store
Place in a zip-top bag or covered container. Store on the counter for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months. - Optional
