Grandma’s 3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Banana cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 large ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1½ cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. Mash the Bananas
In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.

3. Mix the Dough
Add the rolled oats and peanut butter to the mashed bananas. Stir well until everything is fully combined.

4. Shape the Cookies
Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each slightly with the back of a spoon since the cookies will not spread much while baking.

5. Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the cookies are set and lightly golden.

6. Cool
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
