1 1/3 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup very cold water

6 cups vanilla bean ice cream

4-5 drops yellow food coloring

4 sliced lemons
Instructions:

In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir vigorously until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Pour in the very cold water and stir until well combined. This creates your lemonade base.

In a blender, combine the prepared lemonade base and the vanilla bean ice cream.

Add the yellow food coloring if a more vibrant color is desired.

Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and frosted.
