Garlic Butter Steak and Creamy Parmesan Spaghetti

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb beef sirloin steak, cut into cubes
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions in salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the cubed steak with salt and black pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak cubes and cook for about 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the beef broth and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes, scraping up any browned bits from the pan.
  6. Add the heavy cream and stir well. Let the sauce simmer for 3–4 minutes until it begins to thicken.
  7. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Mix until the cheese is melted and the sauce becomes creamy.
  8. Return the cooked steak to the skillet and stir to coat it with the sauce.
  9. Add the cooked spaghetti and toss everything together until well combined.
  10. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.

Serving Suggestion

Serve immediately with extra Parmesan cheese on top and a side of garlic bread or a fresh green salad.
