Pineapple Heaven Cake

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple (with juice)
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, crushed pineapple with juice, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in chopped nuts if using.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake cool completely before serving.

Optional Topping

  • Frost with cream cheese frosting for extra richness, or dust with powdered sugar.
