Ingredients:

- 1/2 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup yellow onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 8 oz Colby Jack cheese, shredded
- 12 oz tortilla chips
For Topping
- Sour cream
- Chopped tomatoes
- Fresh cilantro
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a Bundt pan.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is softened. Drain excess grease.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and taco seasoning. Stir well and remove from heat.
- Layer one-third of the tortilla chips in the bottom of the Bundt pan.
- Sprinkle with one-third of the seasoned beef and one-third of the shredded cheese.
- Repeat the layers two more times, ending with cheese on top.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
- Let rest for 5 minutes, then carefully invert onto a serving platter.
- Top with sour cream, tomatoes, and cilantro before serving.
