Bundt Pan Nachos

Ingredients:

Serves 6–8

  • 1/2 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 8 oz Colby Jack cheese, shredded
  • 12 oz tortilla chips

For Topping

  • Sour cream
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Fresh cilantro

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a Bundt pan.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is softened. Drain excess grease.
  3. Season with salt, black pepper, and taco seasoning. Stir well and remove from heat.
  4. Layer one-third of the tortilla chips in the bottom of the Bundt pan.
  5. Sprinkle with one-third of the seasoned beef and one-third of the shredded cheese.
  6. Repeat the layers two more times, ending with cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes, then carefully invert onto a serving platter.
  9. Top with sour cream, tomatoes, and cilantro before serving.
