Ritz Cracker S’mores Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 48 Ritz crackers
  • 7 oz marshmallow crème
  • 24 oz chocolate almond bark
  • 1 cup graham crackers, crushed
  • Marshmallow bits
  • Mini chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Assemble the Sandwiches
    Spread marshmallow crème on half of the Ritz crackers. Top with the remaining crackers to create sandwiches.
  2. Melt the Chocolate
    Melt the chocolate almond bark according to package directions until smooth.
  3. Dip the Crackers
    Dip each sandwich into the melted chocolate, coating completely. Allow excess chocolate to drip off.
  4. Add Toppings
    While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle crushed graham crackers, marshmallow bits, and mini chocolate chips on top.
  5. Set
    Place cookies on parchment paper and let them set at room temperature or refrigerate for about 20 minutes until firm.
