Ingredients:
- 1 box strawberry cake mix (heat-treated)
- 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1½ cups mini marshmallows
- ½ cup Valentine’s sprinkles
Instructions:
- Heat-treat cake mix by baking at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes; cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla until creamy.
- Gradually add cooled cake mix and mix until smooth.
- Gently fold in whipped topping.
- Stir in marshmallows and sprinkles.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
