Instructions:

- Lay one egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, positioned like a diamond.
- Place one slice of honey ham in the center, then set one mozzarella stick on top.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, fold in the sides, and roll tightly. Lightly moisten the top corner with water to seal.
- Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
