Baked Ham & Cheese Mozzarella Sticks

Ingredients:

  • 12 egg roll wrappers (7 inches each)
  • 12 slices honey ham, thinly sliced
  • 12 mozzarella sticks (string cheese)

Optional (for brushing):

  • 1–2 tablespoons melted butter or olive oil

Optional (for serving):

  • Marinara sauce or honey mustard

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Lay one egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, positioned like a diamond.
  3. Place one slice of honey ham in the center, then set one mozzarella stick on top.
  4. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, fold in the sides, and roll tightly. Lightly moisten the top corner with water to seal.
  5. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  6. Brush lightly with melted butter or olive oil, if desired, for extra crispness.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes, turning once halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
