Ingredients:
Brownie Layer
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar

Cheesecake Layer
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; mix until smooth.
- Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour brownie batter into the prepared pan.
- Spoon cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter and swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Cool completely before slicing.
Tips
