Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Loaf

 

Ingredients:

• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup oil
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 cup diced apple

Methods:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Whisk eggs, sugar, oil, and milk until smooth.
  3. Stir in flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  4. Fold in diced apples gently.
  5. Pour batter into the pan.
  6. Bake 45 to 50 minutes until golden.
  7. Cool before slicing.
