Ingredients:
- 2 cups Corn Chex cereal
- 2 cups Cheerios cereal
- 2 cups mini pretzel twists
- 1 cup dry roasted salted peanuts
- 2½ cups regular M&M’s candies
- 24 oz vanilla almond bark or vanilla candy coating
Instructions:
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
- In a very large bowl, combine Corn Chex, Cheerios, pretzels, peanuts, and M&M’s. Gently toss to mix evenly.
- Break the vanilla almond bark into pieces and melt according to package directions (microwave in short intervals, stirring between, until smooth).
- Pour the melted candy coating over the snack mix.
- Using a spatula, gently fold until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture into an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Let set at room temperature until fully hardened, about 30–45 minutes.
- Once set, break into bite-size pieces.
Storage
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
Variations
- Swap peanuts for cashews or almonds
- Use chocolate almond bark instead of vanilla
- Add mini marshmallows after coating has slightly cooled
