Peanut Butter Gooey Cake

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. Mix peanut butter and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  4. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt; add to the batter and mix just until combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and peanuts, if using.
  6. Spread batter evenly in the pan.
  7. Bake 25–30 minutes, until edges are set and center is slightly gooey.
  8. Cool slightly before slicing.
