Steak Marinade
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Place steaks in a large resealable bag or shallow dish.
- Pour the marinade over the steaks, turning to coat evenly.
- Cover or seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably 4–8 hours.
- Remove steaks from the marinade and let excess drip off.
- Grill, pan-sear, or broil steaks to your desired doneness.
- Let rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
