- 2 pounds baby carrots (or sliced whole carrots)

- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Add carrots, butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, pepper, and water to the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3 hours, until carrots are fork-tender.
- Drain any excess liquid if needed. Gently stir to coat carrots in the buttery glaze.
